First new theme in eight months! This is a multi-purpose, non-fandom theme with over eighty customization options.Essentially, every single transparency, color, font and image can be changed in a million ways.

This theme has over eighty customization options, including:
You can use a background image or customize a four-color gradient background.
The three pieces of the theme (sidebar, links and posts) all adjust automatically to fill every screen resolution (the sidebar/links take up 40% and the posts take up 60%).
500px or 400px post sizes.
Change the transparency of the two-part sidebar and posts, from completely see-through to completely opaque, and everything in between!
Optional icon in the description (60px by 60px).
There are seven different font sizes for the title, subtitle, post body and post details, as well as dozens of fonts to choose for both the titles and the body. Some fonts I’ve installed are Lobster Two, Nova Round, Raleway, and Metamorphous (used in the preview).
Up to six extra links in the bottom-right.
You can change the background position (top-left, bottom-center, etc.)
Toggle options to show/hide tags, use two different post info styles, stretch the background image to full screen (or use a repeatable image for the background), etc.
Hope you all enjoy this theme! —Rachael

Theme #19: Redux Edit (v2)

STATIC PREVIEWS: ONE & TWO // DOWNLOAD

I went to revamp the older version of this theme (which I released about a year ago) and I was only going to update a couple of things. But a couple of things turned into ten. Which turned into twenty. Eventually I just re-did the whole damn thing. Theme details are under the cut! —Rachael

P.S. This is not actually a Redux Edit. It’s a theme I coded from scratch to look like Redux.

Theme #20: Let it Go
STATIC PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

I thought it was only apt to release my twentieth theme in celebration of hitting 20,000 followers (thank you so much, everyone!) and so I created a theme for the movie Frozen, which is ridiculously good and you all should go watch it.
One header image (must be 1000px by 250px) and two sidebar images (optional, can be any size).
Header title different from the blog’s title.
Four numerical links (home, ask, and two custom) as well as four extra optional links.
Two different post ending options (slide-across icons or plain text).
Every single color and background in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts in the theme and the size of the font in the theme.
Toggle options for Webkit Scrollbar, Style My Tooltips, background stretch to fit the screen, showing tags at the bottom of each post, etc.

Theme #19: Redux Edit

Yep, I’m pretty lame and I caved into that whole “redux edit” trend (except this isn’t actually an edit of the “Redux” theme, it’s just created to mimic it). This is a really basic-looking theme that has quite a few customization options.

Theme #18: Crown for a King
STATIC PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

Well, it took me a million and two years, but I finally made a Game of Thrones-based theme. Yeah, I know, Viserys isn’t an ideal character to base a theme around, but the “golden crown for king” scene was badass, right? So anyway, this theme is based off of that scene. It includes:
The sidebar is a crown created entirely out of text symbols and HTML. You have the option to make the description slide down and open on-click (if you don’t want to show the description at all times) or turn the description into a scroll box (if it’s too long).
A blog title (different from the actual title) and a subtitle.
Every single color and background in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts in the theme and the size of the font in the theme.
Three customizable links at the top of the crown as well as four optional customizable links.

Theme #17: Up and Away
LIVE PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

There’s not much to say about this theme, other than the fact that it has lots of customization options and it’s dedicated to the lovely Anna. This theme is based around the Disney/Pixar movie “UP.” It includes:
A left sidebar that takes up the height of the screen and can be completely customized.
Shows your icon in the description (you can hide it if you wish).
Every single color, link, and image in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts (in fact, the color options are so numerous they might be overwhelming for some).
Eight optional, custom links as well as two custom icon links.
Multiple options, including the option to show tags at the bottom of each post, to stretch the background so it fits any screen resolution, to show/hide the extra links, the option to use a custom font, to make the font larger, and to use Webkit Scrollbar.

Theme #16: Turning a New Leaf
LIVE PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

I’ve had two months of free time since I graduated high school, and I didn’t make any themes. What did I do with my free time instead, you may ask? I played this completely pointless yet ridiculously fun game nonstop. For two months. Also, this theme is dedicated to my IRL friends Mara and Becca, because they’ve been playing it nonstop for two months with me.
In case you couldn’t guess, this theme is based around Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It includes:
LOTS AND LOTS OF THINGS. But seriously, you have to go to the live preview in order to see them all.
The sidebar image slides up and reveals a Town Pass Card (in either pink or blue, original design created by fandomrainbow) that you can fill out with all of your information (just like the one in-game!) This is optional and you can remove it.
NOTE: YOUR SIDEBAR IMAGE MUST BE 360x255 AND YOUR TPC ICON MUST BE 71x106 IN DIMENSIONS OR THEY WILL STRETCH OUT.
Adding icons of your villagers is now lots easier! You can add up to ten villagers by simply putting in their direct URL from the PhotoBucket folder I uploaded and their name in the theme and poof! They will appear in their own section below the description. This is optional and you can remove it.
Shows your icon in the sidebar (you can hide it if you wish).
Every single color, link, and image in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts (in fact, the color options are so numerous they might be overwhelming for some).
Five optional, custom links as well as two custom icon links.
Multiple options, including the option to show tags at the bottom of each post, to stretch the background so it fits any screen resolution, to show/hide the extra links, the option to use a custom font, to make the font larger, and to use Webkit Scrollbar.

Theme #15: Lightning Returns
LIVE PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

I’ve been wanting to make a theme based around one of my favorite video game heroines of all time ever since the announcement of the third and last game in the FFXIII series, Lightning Returns, and I really wanted to publish parts of my old theme back from February (hence the sidebar), so thus, this theme was born. This theme is based around Lightning Farron from the Final Fantasy XIII video game series. It includes:
A clean sidebar with a large area for a description and a blog title above the posts.
Every single color, link, and image in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts (in fact, the color options are so numerous they might be overwhelming for some).
Five optional, custom links (but be forewarned! Keep these links short or don’t use too many of them because any links that extend to the second row will be cut off!).
NEW! The bottom of the posts has been completely re-done and is now clean, organized, and includes ‘like’ and ‘reblog’ buttons!
Multiple options, including the option to show tags at the bottom of each post, to stretch the background so it fits any screen resolution, to show/hide the extra links, the option to use a custom font, and to use Webkit Scrollbar.

Theme #14: Master Sword
LIVE PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

Two things inspired me to make this theme: the first was the people who messaged me over and over asking, “If your URL is zeldathemes, then don’t you have any themes based on Legend of Zelda?” The second was because I wanted to dedicate a theme to my boyfriend, who gave me very large and very heavy replica of the Master Sword when he asked me to prom. This theme is based off the video game series, Legend of Zelda. It includes:
A sidebar created entirely out of code, a description that has no height limit, and a blog title and subtitle.
Every single color, link, and image in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts (in fact, the color options are so numerous they might be overwhelming for some).
Seven custom links that you can get rid of if you don’t want them.

Theme #13: Deathly Hallows
STATIC PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

This theme used to belong to my friend, Turner, but after the recent revamp of his blog, he said it was okay for me to publish it. Follow him! He’s super cool. Anyway, this theme is based around the Deathly Hallows symbol from the Harry Potter series, written by J.K. Rowling. It includes:
A nifty sidebar that holds a brief description (that wraps text inside the circle automatically - which is really convenient, in case you didn’t know) and four custom links.
Every single color, link, and image in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts.
Let’s just talk about the sidebar for a second, because the code used for this is almost as good my Pokeball theme, which was also used by Turner. Go figure.
But seriously though, this sidebar.

Finally, a new theme! The first one I’ve made in almost half a year. This theme is pretty simple, and it is based around The Secret World of Arrietty, a movie made by Studio Ghibli. I updated quite a few of the post features, so now they flawlessly allow tags, custom fonts, etc. It includes:
A blog title and subtitle different from the actual title.
Every single color, link, and image in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts.
A full-height sidebar that allows quite a bit of a leash as far as length is concerned. The image can be any dimension, The blog title and subtitle can be as long as you want, the description can be as long as you want, etc.
Multiple options, including the option to show tags at the bottom of each post, to stretch the background so it fits any screen resolution, to show/hide the extra links, the option to use a custom font, and to use Webkit Scrollbar.

I wanted to make a theme based off of Avatar: the Last Airbender, and this is what came out of it. While I love Katara/Aang, I will admit that Zuko/Katara are my secret OTP, and that’s how this theme came about. This theme is based on Avatar: the Last Airbender and dedicated to one of my best friends on Tumblr, and the biggest Avatar fan I’ve ever met, Melissa. It includes:
A blog title (different from the actual title) and a subtitle.
Every single color, link, and image in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts.
Three different sidebars: one with a description, one with five customizable links, and one with the subtitle and the four main links. The sidebar images will automatically adjust to their proper sizes, but they are all square in dimension and the sizes are: 260x260, 200x200, and 140x140.
The option to show tags (hover tags that appear on the right side of each post), stretch the background image to fit any screen resolution, and use the Webkit Scrollbar.

After a few days of not really being sure what to code next, I decided I would do a set of Avengers themes. This one is the first of (probably) four: Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, and Thor. This theme includes:
A blog title (different from the actual title) and a subtitle.
Every single color and background in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts in the theme.
Two different backgrounds (top and bottom: you can change the colors and/or background images of both - however, I suggest that you use a solid color on the bottom background, because it seem to look a lot smoother that way).
Four icon links (home, ask, archive, and a heart icon that you can link to whatever you want).
Five optional, customizable links.
Hover over the sidebar image to show the blog title and description (image should be square in dimensions; exact size is 280px by 280px).
The option to show tags and use the Webkit Scrollbar.

Theme #9: Kind, Smart, Important
STATIC PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

Well, this is probably the most customizable theme that exists on Tumblr. I watched the movie this morning and was inspired to make a theme about it, and one thing led to another and all of the sudden, a new theme was born. However, this theme is probably not for everyone and has a few restrictions that are listed below. This theme is based around movie, The Help, which was based on the book by Kathryn Stockett under the same title. It includes:
You can customize five different images, about thirty different colors, etc.
Requires two sidebar images (which should be square in dimensions).
Blog title, description, and extra image (which dimensions should be 550x200 pixels) are revealed when the sidebar images are hovered over. The description space allows a great deal of text.
Five customizable, optional links.
The option to show tags, use Webkit Scrollbar, and stretch the background image to fit any and every computer screen resolution.
A reblog button for posts on the index page.

Theme #2: Pokeball

STATIC PREVIEW | DOWNLOAD

Well, I just spent all day yesterday and this morning coding this theme for a Pokemon side-blog, but decided that, ultimately, I should just release it for public use. This theme includes:

  • A blog title (different from the actual title) and a subtitle (If you don’t want the titles to show up, simply leave those text boxes empty.
  • Every single color and background in this theme can be changed, as well as the fonts in the theme.
  • The posts are encased in a “content” box, so post notes will not have to compete with the background image.
  • The Pokeball, when hovered over, slides out to reveal six links (five are customizable, one is the “ask” link), a home icon which functions as a link back to the main page, and the description.
  • The option to make the background of the links/description transparent or to give them a solid background.
  • The option to make the top and bottom shell of the Pokeball actual images (NOTE! If you wish to use images as the shells of the Pokeball, you must crop the images down to a size of 300x150 pixels in order for it to fit. Otherwise the rest of the image will be cut off.)
  • The option to use the Webkit Scroll Bar, show tags.
  • You can change the “home” image to a different image.
  • The option to stretch the background to fit any screen resolution.
  • More eye-appealing notes at the bottom of posts.
  • The option to show or hide the post container and border.
  • MAJOR CHANGE: While you can still use a scroll box for your description if it is too long, you can also adjust the height of your description by changing the pixels in the Appearance Options (the default is 74px; adjust the number to make it taller or shorter to fit your description or keep it the way it is and use a scroll box instead).
